As Executive Director of the Crime Prevention Program (CPP) of Southern California, Melissa Somers works at the forefront of construction crime prevention, bringing together businesses, law enforcement, and industry partners to share proven theft prevention tactics while offering support to reduce crime and recover stolen equipment. With extensive experience leading crime prevention initiatives, Melissa works directly with auto theft task forces, Rural Crimes Deputies, and other investigative groups throughout the region and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Western States Auto Theft Investigators (WSATI- Southern Chapter) and the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators - Western Regional Chapter (IAATI)-WRC
